May

May came and went so fast. At the first of the month we went to my brother Brett's house for his #5 baby blessing. Sadly I didn't even get a picture of their cute family. We were lucky and got to spend the whole weekend with them. We went to a couple of soccer games, went swimming, rode 4-wheelers, and ate really good food. We had a fun time after one of the soccer games the girls thought it would be a fun idea and set up a lemonade stand and I think they made a couple dollars (thanks to the grandpa who drank a couple glasses).

Makenzie, Brooke, Hannah, Maddie, Kaitlyn The big boys took the little boys for a ride. We forgot our motorcycle helmets so we used bike helmets.

Spencer and Ben, my dad in the back. Brett borrowed this 4-wheeler from a friend so they could have three of them and it wouldn't start so Brett is pushing Josh. They did this many times that day.

The week before school got out the kids had their field trips to the zoo and I had volunteered to help with Kaitlyn and Hannah's classes. The day we went with Kaitlyn the weather was so nice it was actually hot outside. Poor Spencer had been running a fever for two days before the trip and the day of he thought he felt better but all he did was sit in the stroller so he obviously was not.

This is how Spencer spent the day. Poor boy.
The day we went to the Zoo with Hannah's class was freezing outside. Huge difference in just a couple of days.

 We also celebrated this guys 34th Birthday. We went out to dinner and had his favorite Chinese and Cheesecake for dessert. We are lucky to have this guy he keeps things fun.

My Sweet Grandma passed away this month as well. She was amazing, she always took the time to talk to you and find out what was going on in life. She was 90 and for being that Young she had a great memory. My kids loved going to visit her house because they knew they could always play with her old toys (toys my dad grew up playing with), she would take the time to talk to each one of them, and she would always give them a penny to stick in her candy machine. She will be missed.

We have also started up with T-ball, and Softball , the last day of school was on the 25th and the month of June only gets crazier with everyone's games.
